All match data — live scores, events, lineups, statistics, xG and standings — is sourced from the Sportmonks API, one of the most comprehensive football data providers in the industry. Sportmonks covers 1 000+ leagues and competitions with official data feeds.
Live matches are polled every 30–60 seconds. Expected Goals (xG) and live xG on Target (xGOT) require the Sportmonks Advanced Stats add-on, which GoalPulz subscribes to in order to offer real-time xG during play.
GoalPulz displays data as received from Sportmonks with minimal transformation. Where we derive metrics — such as live match probabilities — the key inputs are shown inline so you can follow the reasoning. The prediction models are continuously developed and improved.
